Lulu Eye Love presents A 90-Day Journey to Mindfulness, a workbook / journal to help document your spiritual journey and to give the reader practice areas to implement the lessons and strategies to their daily lives.

 ABOUT THE BOOK

The House of Oshun’s “A.S.E. Tools for Intuitives” is a series of books, journals, classes, courses, and manuals, which are designed to promote and encourage A.S.E. on many levels. The tools are created by Lulu Eye Love, a Practitioner of Intuitive Coaching and Counseling.  Each of us embody life in a physical body in which we learn from situations, life events, and individuals. How we deal with our environments at any given time determines if we are mindful and aware enough to graduate or ascend by doing the work needed to reach the next level in life.  As an Intuitive, the inner standing required to grow on a daily basis spiritually takes time to somewhat master. We are always learning as we live; remembering is vital here. The journey that has led up to this planner has been what seems like a lifetime. During the many processes I have endured throughout my very own journey, I have learned through pain, love, patience, persistence, awareness, NDE, and stillness. This journal is created and provided as a conscious guidepost to becoming more mindful. Anything you can do for 24 hours, you can do for one week. Anything you can do for one week, you can do for one month. And that is how habit forms. The act of mindfulness is the equivalent to being in a constant meditative-like state (for lack of better wording, dah'ling). Here, you will keep track of your observations on a daily basis for 90 days. If you miss a day, merely begin where you are. There is no catching up, only catching IN-the-now! Enjoy life moment by moment step by step!

#ThrowBackThursday: The Hot Boys "We On Fire" - Cash Money Records | www.Blacktopia.org

This week's #ThrowBackThursday song is dedicated to Louisiana music staples and Cash Money Millionaires THE HOT BOYS for their late 90s hit record "We on Fire"!  The Hot Boys is comprised of southern hip hop heavyweights Juvenile, Lil' Wayne, B.G. and of course Young Turk who now goes by the alias "Hot Boy Turk".

As the four talented vocalists trade bars over the classic Mannie Fresh produced track, Hot Boy Turk delivers some of the most stand out lines on the song!  Speaking of Hot Boy Turk, the artist was recently featured on another classic hip hop opus, the song titled "Fuc 'Em" featuring breakout Tennessee recording stars YoBoi Lynch and Yung Chill.  Listen to the song at the direct link below.

[ARTIST SPOTLIGHT] One Tha God | IG: @One_Tha_God (#ShoutOutSaturday)

Blacktopia is proud to present rising Flint, MI based hip hop recording artist and new Blacktopian One Tha God!

#ShoutOutSaturday to One Tha God!

One Tha God, born DeVon Jones is from the city of Flint, Michigan and is the CEO of the Kitchen Money brand (Kitchen Money, LLC, and Kitchen Money Magazine).  Being that the young rising artist was never a part of a group or crew, he adopted the title of "ONE" being that he stands alone and the name one derives from letters of his first and last name.  One Tha God has been an entertainer for most of his life, and became a full fledged recording artist in the year 2002.

One Tha God has released local indie classics and Michigan state street gems such as Street Penitentiary in 2004, Murder Mitten Vol. 1 in 2007 with the 2nd set in the series released in 2009, as well as a slew of other critically acclaimed projects the following years.  One Tha God has worked with many prestigious music producers and composers from Tito 6 of SoSay International, Zoo of Zoo Beats courtesy of Skywalker Productions, Dontrell Brown, Memphis Raines and renowned sound engineer Bernard Terry at 521 Studios and many others.

Keep checking back for more updates on One Tha God here on Blacktopia and The Blacktopia Mobile App!
