[BLACK BUSINESS] Esteemed NORTH CAROLINA based Hairstylist launches new Chemical Free, All Natural HAIR CARE PRODUCTS | #MoneyMonday

Hair care is a multi-million dollar industry, and rising businesswoman, beautician and hairstylist Xymani Bordeaux of Concord, NC is the latest to cash in and make waves in the world of hair care.  Xymani Bordeaux's brand, Slayed Hair (Slayed Lyfe, LLC) exclusively produces and manufactures chemical free, all natural beauty and hair care products created using only a mixture of organic and 100% natural ingredients (such as fruits, pure elements, etc.).  Bordeaux states that "if you can't eat it, it shouldn't go on your skin or hair!".  Xymani was inspired to create her own line of chemical free products after working in the industry for several years and witnessed that many of the leading, commercial, and mainstream brands had long term adverse effects on the scalp, skin and hair follicles due to all the harmful, unnatural chemicals laced in the compound.  Xymani Bordeaux has a major passion for hair care and skin treatment, but has an even bigger passion for the well-being of other people (especially "our" people ✊), and she hopes to eventually wean others off the treacherous toxic chemical laced leading brands and onto much healthier alternatives such as the products provided by Slayed Hair!

If you would like more information on Xymani Bordeaux, Slayed Lyfe, LLC or details on wholesale purchasing just e-mail us at BlacktopiaBusiness@gmail.com and we will certainly get you connected!

[MONEY MONDAY]: Melissa Wyatt Self Made Real Estate Developer offers Tips in Time of Crisis

Melissa Wyatt

Urges Real Estate Investors and Developers to Help Tenants and Hold Steady

Now is not the time to panic. Now is the time to show leadership, add stabilization to the market, and ensure that our tenants feel safe and secure in their homes. ”

— Melissa Wyatt

Melissa Wyatt is an innovative and forward-thinking serial entrepreneur, real estate developer, coach and mentor who has spent decades honing her skills through multiple startups. As the powerhouse behind MW Enterprises, LLC, a privately managed and diversified real estate company with holdings in excess of $7mm, and headquartered in Los Angeles, Ms. Wyatt’s focus includes acquisition, development and management of residential, multifamily, small office, and commercial properties as well as undeveloped land. Her newest land project will pay homage to her grandparents and bringing food resources and solutions to impoverished, resource-scarce communities.

Melissa offers these tips for landlords and real estate developers. “Now is not the time to panic. Now is the time to show leadership, add stabilization to the market, and ensure that our tenants feel safe and secure in their homes. For tenants, here are a few ways MWE is assisting in this current crisis:
1. Assisting with rent
2. Assisting with medical bills
3. Allowing tenants to pay when they can (being flexible on due dates)
4. Sending positive vibes that everything will be okay soon
5. Letting tenants know if they need something to reach out to us at MW Enterprises LLC so we can try to help”

Check out Melissa’s recent interview in Equity Movement Magazine for more information on how she became a real estate mogul.

A Better Chance A Better Community (ABC2) was founded in 2012 by Mr. Chester Williams to “empower young people by providing a life skills program that promotes positive values, healthy habits, and education through community development, culture, and awareness– resulting in real life power, World Changers as Game Changers”

The World Changers Program is a network of youth working collectively for positive community change.

In the seven years since its founding, A Better Chance, A Better Community(ABC2) has played a major role in the positive transformation of the Roanoke Valley from an area with too many unproductive, unsupervised kids with too much time to get into trouble to one providing young people with a valuable structured program which focuses on community development, youth engagement and fun.

ABC2’s signature program, The World Changers, is for young people ages 10 - 24 of various academic levels, demographics, and living in Halifax, Warren, Nash, Edgecombe, Wilson and Northampton Counties. Areas which suffers from health disparities and disproportionate systems of care & resources.

Some of the World Changers’ first projects were community garden plots at farmers market, state youth trainings, and launching a Summer Fitness Program for Teens. The young people drives the passion and mission of ABC2’s work.

Donate to the our World Changers program because the youth needs support and access to resources to Change The World One Community At A Time!
