The ABC2 Foundation (A Better Chance, A Better Community)
provides value to the youth in the community by creating
opportunities for the youth through self esteem and skill building
workshops, activities, guest speakers, community services and the
well admired "World Changers Program".
ABC2’s signature program, The World Changers, is for
young people ages 10 - 24 of various academic levels,
demographics, living in Halifax, Warren, Nash, Edgecombe,
Wilson and Northampton Counties. Areas which suffers
from health disparities and disproportionate systems
of care & resources.
Some of the World Changers’ first projects were community
garden plots at farmers market, state youth training, and
launching a Summer Fitness Program for Teens.
The young people are the spirit of the organization and
what drives the passion and mission of ABC2’s work.
The next community event involving ABC2's World Changers
Project is the Community Farm Grand Opening/ Produce Fun Run
held on April 27th 2019 at the ABC2 Community Farm

Arts and Crafts vendors are welcome and the event will have many
local bakers, entertainers, poets, authors and artists.
