The song "A.D.H.D." encompasses audio of Dr. Umar educating the listeners and forewarning black parents about how "A.D.H.D." is a label being assigned to hyperactive, energetic and highly curious children, especially young black boys in order to place them in special educational classes and push unnecessary prescription medications on the children. The piece contains Dr. Umar Johnson giving the A.D.H.D. message with the pitch of his voice slightly altered to fit the composition of the track and spliced perfectly over the instrumental in a very melodic / rhythmic form. The entire song was produced and composed by veteran, classic songwriter and composer Clayton Savage who was once signed to the legendary Sugar Hill Records from back in the mid 1980s.
